what to expect in the therapy-seeking process

  • Click on the “schedule a free consult” button below to schedule a free 15-minute phone call with our Founder.
  • During this call, we will explore some of your best options and understand how to help meet your needs. We will also answer your questions and go over office policies, fees, etc.
  • If one of our therapists is a good fit for your needs, we will send you intake paperwork and tentatively schedule your intake appointment
  • Once the paperwork is completed, your intake appointment is confirmed, and you will receive an email with our office address and check-in procedures. 
  • Your therapist will call you to introduce themselves before your intake appointment with them.
