The counseling process is a journey of self-awareness. An awareness of how one’s thoughts, feelings and behaviors are all connected; an awareness of our triggers, underlying fears and our ability to live in the present moment.

I am extensively trained to provide Trauma-Informed (TI) therapy services. Being Trauma-Informed means having an understanding of the pervasiveness of trauma around us, recognizing the symptoms of trauma and addressing the trauma in a way that does not re-traumatize a person.
